We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, at the age of 69, Phillip E. Haley of Greenbrier, Tennessee, born in Cedar Hill, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lester Haley Jr., Robert Henry Haley, Emma Laura Haley and Frances Balance; and his nieces, Pansy Bledsoe and Stephanie Riddle.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Harriet and Alice Faye; his friend Martha Moore; his significant other Patty Edwards Haley; his children, Phillip Bruce Haley (Deanna Engler Johnson) of Auburn, KY, Christina Blake (Bobby Douglas) of Auburn, KY, Steven Shuler (Michelle), David Shuler (January) of Franklin, KY and Daniel (Krissa Ennis) of Seymour, IN; his siblings, Betty Sheldon of Springfield, TN, Martha Jane White of Springfield, TN, Barbara Hyams of Russellville, KY, Gracie Hyde of Greenbrier, TN, Ernest Haley of Oakville, KY and Jerry Haley (Peggy) of Russellville, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy and Linda Riddle of Goodlettsville, TN. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
