She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Velma Louise Bagwell McKinney; her husband Randal Peyton Hand; and her sister-in-law Celeste McKinney. She is survived by: her children, Shane Hand (Mary) of Pleasant View, Miranda Mellinger (Thomas) of Greenbrier and Shanda Phillips (Eric) of Greenbrier; her brothers, Bill McKinney (Sara Jane) of Barren Plains and Tommy McKinney of Adams; her grandchildren, Tanner Mellinger, Tori Mellinger, Brooks Phillips, Aiden Phillips, Richard Rigsby and Bradon Rigsby; and her great grandchild Noah Rigsby (David Graham).
