He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hulsey, and Brenda Mayes Hulsey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margie Hulsey; his children, Shaun Hulsey (Laurie) of Greenbrier, TN, Cody Rollins of Tampa, FL and Kristy Owen (Josh) of Adolphus, KY; his brother Randy Hulsey of Greenbrier, TN; and his grandchildren, Faith, Kayla, Conner and Jacob.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home White House (533 TN-76, White House, TN 37188). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
