Jones Sr. and Dorothy Terrell Jones; his wife Mary Ann Turner Jones; his daughter Mary Terrell Hyche; his son-in-law Kevin; his granddaughter Mary Claridge Hyche of Franklin, Tenn.; his brother Henry Jones (Carol); and his brother-in-law Judge Chris Turner (Carol). He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
