He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his son Bruce Byrd. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Anderson (Joe) of Slidell, Deborah Etheridge (Clay) of Houston and Jody Aitken (John) of Collierville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Joseph Anderson, James Anderson, Semmes Burns, Bruce Ainsworth, Shea Aitken and Hallie Ross; and his great grandchildren, Pryor Anderson, Elissa Byrd Anderson, Killian Burns, Liam Burns, Truett Ross and Swayze Ross.
