With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Xavier McFadden Jr. (Germantown, Tennessee), who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis McFadden and Grace McFadden; and his granddaughter Mary Katherine McFadden. He is survived by: his wife Anne O'Keefe McFadden; his children, Patti Morris (Steve), Frank McFadden III (Malisa), Susan Smith (Peyton) and Stephen McFadden (Bethany); his grandchildren, Jessica Morris, Daniel Morris, Garrett McFadden, Grayden McFadden, Riley Smith, Reed Smith, Eliza McFadden, Graham McFadden and Hayes McFadden; his siblings, Jay McFadden (Blair) and May Paul (Bob); and his sister-in-law Mary Alice Horos (Paul). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (8151 Poplar Ave, Germantown, TN 38138-6138). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
