We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 92, Carolyn Elizabeth Hayes of Germantown, Tennessee, born in Ripley, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Hayes; and her son Alan Hayes. She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Debby), Grant (Laura) and Daniel; her daughter-in-law Rebekah Hayes; and her grandchildren, Serena Diehm (Nathan), Maggie Hayes Mitchell (Hunter), Alex Hayes (Nicole), Valerie Butts (Dan), Sarah Hayes, Andy Hayes, Ayden Hayes and Layna Hayes. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
