She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ray Dollahite, Sr.; her daughter Debra Frulla; her parents, Preston Rhoads and Christine Rhoads; and her siblings, Gloria Rawls, Shirley Guess and Donald Rhoads.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Dollahite, Sherry Windham and Charles Ray Dollahite, Jr.; her siblings, Carol Payne (Wayne) and Gary Rhoads (Gail); and her brother-in-law Jerry Rawls. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
