It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Beth Powers of Gallatin, Tennessee, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Dr. Richmond Wade Powers; her parents, John W. Nutter and Naomi Irene Nutter (Lieblong); and her brother John Everett Nutter. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Powers (Sharon) of Gallatin, TN, Randy Powers (Vicki) of Nashville, TN and Katie Herrick (Ed) of Gallatin, TN; her grandchildren, Alex Powers (Carly) of Nashville, TN and Hannah Orr (Taylor) of Memphis, TN; her stepgrandson Travis Nabors (Hether) of Mason, TN; her great grandchild Gracie Orr of Memphis, TN; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaitlynne Rieman (Van) of Florida and Hayden Nabors of Mason, TN; and her siblings, Bill Nutter of Arkansas, Gary Nutter (Jeannie) of Arkansas, Pam Balentine (Robert) of Arkansas, Leroy Nutter (Carol Lou) of Hendersonville, TN, Dale Nutter (Kay) of Atlanta, GA and Shirley Joffs (Eric) of Utah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
