He is survived by: his mother Linda Lee McCallister Smith; his wife Debra Sue Smith; his children, Brianna Nichole Smith and Charles Owens, Jr.; his grandchild Karma T. Smith; his sister Michele Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa Lee Smith, Chase Allen Phillips and Lisa Fisher.
