He is survived by: his wife Donna McMahon Siler of Gainesboro, TN; his children, Richard Siler, Robert Siler (Brittany) of Bradenton, FL and Elizabeth Stone (Mike) of Bradenton, FL; his stepdaughter Karen Swafford of Spanish Fork, AL; his sister Geri Radway (Norman) of Syracuse, NY; his grandchildren, Cameron Lindblad, Colby Lindblad, Ashley Swafford, Danielle Osborne (Ethan) and Emily Swafford; and his great grandchild Orin Osborne.

“Dick was a long time friend and co-worker. I first met him when he was assigned as a Letter Carrier to the Lake Park Branch of the West Palm Beach FL Post Office. Over the years he rose through the ranks and retired as Postmaster of Indiantown, FL. Then he and Donna retired to the mountains of Gainesboro, TN. Bonnie and I looked forward to and greatly enjoyed their frequent visits to FL. We will miss him. RIP DICK.”
