He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Goolsby and Willie B. Stacy Goolsby; his son Frankie Goolsby; and his brother Tommy Goolsby. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Goolsby of Gainesboro, TN; his children, Steven Goolsby of Gainesboro, TN and April Spivey (Jason) of Gainesboro, TN; his sisters, Betty Perry (Paul) of Gainesboro, TN and Evelyn Dickens (Don) of Gallatin, TN; his grandchildren, Whitney Goolsby (Ryan Murphy), Alyssa Spivey (Lucas Boles), Frankie Mabry and Asialyn Goolsby; and his great grandchild Liam Boles.
