He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mitchell Fox, Sr. and Thelma Lucille Heady Fox; and his siblings, Carl Mitchell Fox and Betty Ann Christian. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hankins Fox of McMinnville; his sons, Jackie Dewayne Fox of McMinnville and James Mitchell Fox of Cookeville; his stepchildren, Heath Lane Girod of Kingsport and Heather Nicole Girod of McMinnville; and his siblings, Albert Lee Fox of Chestnut Mound, TN and Sallie Elizabeth Chaffin of Chestnut Mound, TN.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren also survive along with other relatives and many friends.
