It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Simpson Johnson Md (Gainesboro, Tennessee), who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Smith; his parents, Oliver Johnson and Olga Johnson; and his brother Robert L. Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Ted Johnson; his children, Jacquelyn Haynes, Jerry Johnson, Don Johnson (Laura) and Lisa Johnson; and his grandchildren, Paige Smith (Keegan), Scott Haynes (Liz), Brooke Matthews (David), Lindsey Russell (Seth), Grey Johnson and Olivia Hammons (Jason). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will honor Dr. Jack with a private graveside service.
