It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genie Mae Scott (Gainesboro, Tennessee), born in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Esters Hammock and Stella Mae Stafford Rhoten; her husband Charles Ward Scott; her children, Ronnie Scott and Angelia Scott; and her siblings, Bennie Clay Hammock, Michael Hammock, Donnie Hammock, Jackie Hammock and Debbie Phann.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Rivera of Ontario, CA; her daughter-in-law Amanda Scott of Gainesboro; and her siblings, Jimmy Hammock of Chattanooga, TN and Kathy Phann of Gainesboro. She is also survived by Many grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
