He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Louis Fetzer and Joyce Ann Robbins; and his sister Torri Yvonne Robbins. He is survived by: his children, Clayton Carl Fetzer and Adrienne Marie Fetzer; his sisters, Bonnie Lou Smith and Meichelle Yvonne Knight; and his brother-in-law Robert Smith.
