It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Richmond (Gainesboro, Tennessee), who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter White and Mildred White; and her husband Willie Richmond. She is survived by: her children, Donna Mitchell of Danville and Jimmy (Peggy) of Gainesboro, TN; her brother Erwin White of Charleston; and her grandchildren, Shannon Richmond, Denise Harless and Brandy Newsom. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
