She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Benton Spivey and Evelyn Olene Flynn Spivey; and her siblings, Richard, Bobby, Dale, Wayne, Billy Spivey, Sue Buck, Mildred Spivey and Helen Dailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Pritchett of Celina, TN and Tammy Michelle Goolsby Morgan of Gainesboro, TN; her sister Judy Stacey of Gainesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Rin Pritchett, Brandon Goolsby, Megan James and Mikala James; and her great grandchild Kaydense Scott. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces and friends.
