He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Stafford and Lella Frances Scott Stafford; his sister Polly Scott; his brothers-in-law, Bobby Jones and Luke Scott; and his half-brother Harlan Stafford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanna Stafford of Allons, TN and Frances Bishop (Kevin) of Oneida, TN; his siblings, James Bruce Stafford (Jo Ann) of Louisville, KY, Edna Jones of Gainesboro, TN and Marian Jones (Vernon) of Hermitage, TN; his grandsons, Joseph Stafford, Levi Bishop and William Bishop; and his former wife Naeomia Stafford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Veterans Honor Guard or Wounded Warriors Project by contacting the funeral home.
