She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Joseph and Hazel May Spidle; her husband Barney William Price; and her siblings, Lenore Hindel, Frank Spidle and George Spidle.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Morgan of Midwest City, OK, Cheryl Loines of Newbern, Idelle Bailey of San Antonio, TX, Tim Busse of Limestone, ME, Carl J. Busse of Dyersburg and Erich Bailey of Frederick, MD; and her sister Clara Lewis of Tallmadge, OH.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
