She is survived by: her children, Jason Haase, Jeremy West, Brandy Perry (Joel) and Ryan Haase; her mother Donna Dockery Westenbarger (Miller); her siblings, Lenora Shumaker and Gary Dockery; her grandchildren, Alexis Owens, Trey Haase, Jayden Haase, Bentley Haase, Kellen Payton and Cayden Haase; and her great grandchildren, Makinley Owens, Riley Owens and Jackie Owens.
