She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Phillips; her parents, Boyd Manis and Magnolia Shaver Manis; her brothers-in-law, James L. Johnston and Ernie Garrison; and her nephew Keith Garrison.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Brenda Hill of Evensville, Lynn Haddock (Wesley) of Evensville, Dr. Kimberly Moffett (Bobby) of Spring City and Karen Phillips (Becky) of Spring City; her sister Barbara Manis Johnston of Evensville; her sister-in-law Helen Garrison of Spring City; and her grandchildren, Brittney Gravett, Patrick Gravett (Susan), Courtney Moffett, Levi Moffett (Laura), Nate Moffett, Daniel Hill, Sarah Warren (Adam), Gavin Newton, Zabrina, Sierra Weston, Joston and Jace Phillips. She is also survived by her six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
