She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Jackie Buchanan Sr.; her parents, Kenneth Campbell and Marie Campbell; and her siblings, Betty Evans, Sandy Painter and William "Bill" Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Pendleton (Chester), Karen Herd (Johnny), Jackie Buchanan Jr. and Kimberly Pugh; her grandchildren, Ashley Hixson, Kenneth Hunter, Kristina Cave, Zachary Buchanan and Corey Pendleton; and her siblings, Joyce Borchers, Janet Barker, Jeanne Taylor and Otis "Bob" Campbell.
