Swafford of Evensville, Tennessee; his children, Chris Swafford (Candace) of Spring City, Ernie Shrum of Spring City, Candy Allport (Michael) of Dayton and Susie Foutch (Kelly) of Monteagle, Tennessee; and his siblings, Jewel Smith of Dayton, Tennessee, Sandra Simmons (Wayne) of Pikeville, Tennessee, Kathy Dixson (Rick) of Pikeville, Tennessee, Julia Swafford (Willard) of Pikeville, Tennessee, Tammy Cunningham (Jeff) of Pikeville, Tennessee, Sheila Stinnett of Pikeville, Tennessee, David Swafford (Karen) of Pikeville, Tennessee, Dean Swafford (Kathy) of Pikeville, Tennessee and Robert Swafford (Annette) of Pikeville, Tennessee. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
