He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy Baldwin Garrett; his siblings, Tommy, Clyde Garrett, Janie Palmer and Linda Hayes; and his niece Amber Ivey. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, one brother, four sisters and several nieces and nephews.
