He is survived by: his children, Tony Howell (Karen) of Dayton, TN and Linda Keith (Charles) of Evensville, TN; his sisters, Thelma Howell Wood of Spring City, TN and Ann Howell Roach of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Dustin Keith (Breanna) of Spring City, Lucas Howell of Dayton, Anna Rader (Garrett) of Dayton and Savannah Keith (Gabe Caldwell) of Evensville; his niece Danika Davis of Dayton; and his friend Sandra Grey of Spring City.
