She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowe Wesley King and Alice Vanie Burdette King; her former husband Virgil Paul Caraway; her son Steven Caraway; her siblings, George King, Melvin "Bud" King, Clinton King, Edith Collette, Stella Cadwell, Margie Williams, Louise Pelfrey, Cynthia Whitely and Barbara Walcott; and her great grandchild Lanie Couch.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Baker (Tom) of Evensville; her stepdaughter Patricia Ficke (Norm) of Gainesville, GA; her sons, Kenny Caraway (Rosemarie) of Sale Creek and Danny Caraway (Peggy) of Evensville; her nieces, Marilyn Payne of Grimsley, TN and Sandra Armstrong of Dayton; her close friend Betty Jo Dotson; and her husband Virgil "Cotton" Caraway. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
