He was predeceased by: his brother Johnny Coulter; and his brother-in-law Glenn Aslinger. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Coulter; his daughters, Lori Estes (Curtis), Brooke Winsett and Candace Dempsey (Brian); his grandchildren, Jake, Kenzey, Gracey Estes and Elizabeth Johnson; and his siblings, Patti Aslinger and Fred Coulter (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
