She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Buck Banner and Carrie Tapp Banner; her husband Doc Stockton; her brother Terry Banner; and her nephews, Terry Tipton of Knoxville, Tracy Tipton of Knoxville and Kelvin Tipton of Knoxville.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna McKinney (Tracy) of Erwin; her grandchildren, Joshua Randolph and Jennifer Rowland (Matt); her great grandchildren, J. J. Randolph, Emma Randolph, Gage, Gavin Randolph and Laken Rowland; her siblings, Ernest "Ernie" Banner of Erwin and Margaret Tipton of Knoxville; and her nephew Perry Lee Tipton of Knoxville.
