She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Cooper and Viola Cooper (Bryant); her husband Arthur William "Bill" Fischer; her daughter Donna Blimline; her brothers, Eston Cooper and Mack Cooper; her great grandchild Candice Smoker; and her great great grandchild Carver Parrish.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Danielle Blimline (Mark Close), April Blimline and Crystal Moore; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, Loren, Micah (Danielle), Issac, Jazelyn, Jase (April), Cole, Chloe and Case (Crystal); her siblings, Chris Cooper, Clinton Cooper, Dean Cooper, Dolly Springer, Phyllis Wheatley, Claudia "Bunny" Cooper, Glenda "Jenny" Davis and Starlia Cooper; her nieces, Amy Cooper Edwards (Jarid) and Angela Edwards Shelton; and her close friends, Gladys Jenkins and Crystal Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Pearl's name to the Global Down Syndrome Foundation, 3239 E. 2nd Avenue, Denver, CO, 80206 in honor of her precious great-granddaughter, Loren Olivia.
