He is survived by: his mother Ella Verline Lewis (Miller); his wife Shirley Ann Starnes Lewis; his son Timothy Wayne Lewis (Dee); his granddaughter Haley Derry (Nathan); his nieces, Cindy Masters and Staci Webb (Phillip); his nephew Issac Lewis; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Justin and Easton Derry; his siblings, Kathy Richardson (Steve), Wayne Lewis (Gwen) and Timothy Allen Lewis; and his sister-in-law Judy Starnes.
