It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Frank Tinker of Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Parmer Tinker and Savannah Tinker (Engle); his wife Leona Hampton Tinker; his children, Larry Tinker and Tammy Tinker; and his siblings, Cecil Tinker, Lawrence Tinker, Oliver Tinker, Tom Tinker, Joyce Edwards and Frances McLaren.

He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Greene (Earl) and Laura Barnette.
