He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eugene Bowman, Sr. and Brenda Kay Lewis (Martin); his siblings, Robert Bowman, Sr., Carol Ann Lane, Carolynn Rode, Hazel Gillenwater, Angela Casey and Mickey Garland; and his sister-in-law Donna Burger.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Carter (Curtis) and Eric Shaffer (Dawn); his grandchildren, Ella, Tatiana, Emmanuel, Robert, Aidan and Zayn; his siblings, Ruby Casey (Eric), Kathy Tipton (Fred), Mamie King, Gary Bowman and Stacey Burke; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Gillenwater and James Casey.
