She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Head and Melinda Head; her husband Bobby C Lewis; her sons, Jimmy and Rodney; and her siblings, Robert Head, Kenneth Head, Joyce Adkins, Catherine Johnson, Bonnie Dalton and Linda Gail Collis.
She is survived by: her son Bob Lewis (Brenda) of Erwin, TN; her daughter-in-law Linda Lewis of Beckley, WV.; her sisters, Ruby Moran, Lula Mae Dobbins and Lorraine Crouse; and her grandchildren, Timothy Lewis (Jessica), Brian Lewis (Melissa), Jonathan Lewis (Robin), Leigh Korn (Eric) and Lauren (Mathew Johnson). She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild, and many loving nieces and nephews.
