He was predeceased by: his parents, Braskie Edwards and Lula Edwards (Tolley). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Edwards of Erwin, TN; his children, Mitzi Edwards of Jonesborough, TN, Kimberly Edwards Ritchings (Kirk Ritchings) of Charlotte, N. C. and Jeff Edwards of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Laurel Edwards, Ben Edwards, Gabe Ritchings and Maggie Ritchings; and his brother S. J. Edwards of Marion, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
