He was predeceased by: his father Reverend Leland Zane Brackins; and his brothers, Jeffery Brackins and Ricky Brackins. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Sue Brackins (Tipton); his wife Lori Ann Brackins (Tolley); his children, Whitney Young (Martin) and Jeremiah Brackins (Sydney); his brother Eugene Brackins (Wilma); his nephew Jason Brackins; and his close friend Michael Lloyd.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that Gideon Bibles be purchased in Benjamin's memory.
