He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Walley and Willie Belle Walley; and his siblings, Bertha Walley Lawson, Jessie Walley, Robert Walley, Caroline Walley Landrum, Billy Walley and Jerry Walley.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Saksa Walley of Chattanooga; his children, Jeremy Walley (Eve), Matthew Walley, Amanda Walley and Kristy Walley; his grandchildren, Noah Walley and Brooke Jones; and his brother Benny Walley (Jo Ellan). He is also survived by his wife and spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, a private memorial service will be held.
