He is survived by: his wife Helen Bell (Cherry); his children, Sandy B. Baker (Brad) and Will Tom Bell II (Stacey); his grandchildren, Ashley Baker Kelley (Jared) of Decaturville, Tenn, Todd Baker (Taylor), Jacob Bell and Ethan Bell; and his sister Polly Harper (Tommy) of Bonicord. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
