He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fleming and Margaret Hawkins Fleming; and his brother Larry Fleming. He is survived by: his children, Keith Fleming (Krista) of McMinnville, TN and Sheronda Baines (Michael) of Brush Creek, TN; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Kristopher Robledo, Kingston Micah Fleming, Remington Baines and Lierra Baines; his sisters, Dora Fleming Pangallo (Frank) of Gallatin, TN, Rebecca Brummett (Randy) of Gallatin, TN and Marie Johnson (James) of Short Mountain, TN; and his close friends, Vicki Fleming of McMinnville, TN and Bridgette Fleming of Brush Creek, TN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
