She was predeceased by: her husband John Morgan "Sonny" Gossett; her parents, Mary Crawford Oakley and Weldon Oakley; and her brothers, Bill Oakley, Ed Oakley, Charles Oakley, Ronnie Oakley and Jim Oakley.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Lasley (Tom), Gavin Gossett and Jeremy Gossett (Katie); her grandchildren, Will Lasley, Ellison Gossett, Anna Lasley, Aslan Gossett and Autumn Tucker; and her sisters, Linda Arnold (Bill) and Helen Hager (Jerry). She is also survived by sisters-in-law, dear nieces and nephews, and beloved friends.
