Wilma Jean Eldridge Cathey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2024, Wilma Jean Eldridge Cathey of Dickson, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Eldridge and Melissa Tummins Eldridge; her husband Thomas Hubert Cathey; her daughter Melissa Arlene Cathey Clemons; and her grandson Henry Noah Perkins.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Faye Tackett (Tim), Gary Thomas Cathey (Charlean) and Lewis Wayne Cathey (Leanne "Muffin"); and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Matt), Jeremy (Jenni), Andrea, Christina, Brianna, Anthony and Josie (Thomas).

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
