He is survived by: his wife Linda Sherron Middleton; his sons, Tim Middleton (Mandy) and Jonathan Middleton (Leslie); his stepchildren, Rocky Ray (Jennifer) and Missy Pritchard; his sisters, Judy Bingham (Jerry) and Dorothy Mooney; his grandchildren, Dustin Middleton (Kaylie), Hunter Middleton, Drake Middleton, Sawyer Middleton and Sage Middleton; and his stepgrandchildren, Kristen Miller, Aaron Pritchard, Eric Pritchard, Ethan Ray, Ariana Ray, Austin Davis and Hayley Landers. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
