He is survived by: his parents, Debbie England and Jerry England of Decatur, TN; his daughters, Joshlyn Shell (Kaleb Eschette) of Athens, TN, Jalyn Shell (Sean Blaylock) of Englewood, TN and Jonica Shell of Decatur, TN; and his siblings, Aime England Briegel (John) of Knoxville, TN and Lance England (Marsha) of Ten Mile, TN. He is also survived by nieces, one nephew, many aunts and uncles, and numerous loving family members and friends.
