We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2022, at the age of 62, Herbert Allen Whitener Jr. of Decatur, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Whitener Sr.; his daughter Misty Whitener; and his brother Halbert Whitener. He is survived by: his wife Diane Whitener; his son Dusty Whitener (Sara) of Cleveland; his granddaughter Harper Whitener; his siblings, Wilma Vick (Danny), Betty Vandergriff, Frieda Moses (Jeff) and Claude Whitener; his close friend Junior Hill; and his friend Zendall Cofer. He is also survived by Several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be made to: St. Jude Children's Hospital.
