Gary Dean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James McCarter and Charlotte McCarter; his parents-in-law, Virgil and Bertha Walker; his siblings, Jimmy McCarter and Mary Alice Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Rhea McCarter, Carolyn McCarter, Terrie Key, Ray Foster, George Wright and Rodney Quarles.
He is survived by: his wife Mickie; his sons, Jason (Tiffany) and Michael (Angie); his grandchildren, Violet, Asher, Sadie and Emma; his siblings, Jack McCarter and Ann Wright; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Quarles, Becky O'Baugh, Beverly Walker and Jerry Walker; and his pets, Piper and Dixie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
