He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Martin "Dick" McGaffee and Leah Dean McGaffee; his siblings, Donna McGaffee Stewart, Larry and John McGaffee; his sister-in-law Bonnie Roark McGaffee; and also Emma Fuson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sister Mary Kay Mills (Roger); his siblings-in-law, Shelby Ray Stewart, Tammy McGaffee, Lyle and Wanda Bailey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Fuson (Brittany), Randy Fuson, Joseph Senters, Dallas Senters, Leah Jones, Hannah Jones, Avery Ross, Cole Burnette, Anna Burnette and Eli Rutherford; his close friends, Cade "Slugger" Callen and Jeff Britton; and also, Bentley, Caisyn, Kysin Fuson, Raegan, Rylee Fuson and Remington Senters. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
