He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Wadsworth and Nellie Davies Wadsworth; his wife Connie Sue Wadsworth; his granddaughter Terra Wadsworth; and his sister Wanda Wadsworth.
He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Wadsworth (Michelle), Steve Wadsworth (Amy) and James Wadsworth (Kristen); his grandchildren, Jacob Wadsworth and Donavan Wadsworth; and his brothers, Clifford Wadsworth and Ralph Wadsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
