He is survived by: his wife Judy Ellsworth; his daughters, Mindy Ellsworth and Melissa Ellsworth Carney (Adam); his grandchildren, Zachary Gilpin (Kelcie), Lauren Gilpin Wilson, Kala Gilpin Hennessee, Joseph Ellsworth, William Ellsworth (Brittany), Nicole Ellsworth Tracy (Ryan), Mitchell Ellsworth Stevens (Ashten) and Kendall Ann Carney; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Hudson, Parker, Brixon, Joseph, William, Nova, Devin and Corbin.
