He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lafayette Raper and Peggy Florence Randolph Raper. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Raper Selby (Troy) and Leanne Raper Landers (Chad); his granddaughters, Kaylee Selby and Paige Selby; his stepgrandchildren, Clay Landers and Addie Landers; his wife Wilma; his brothers, Eddie Raper (Sarah) and Sam Raper (Sue); and his niece Crystal Smith (Eric).
