He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William H. Lee and Celia S. Hughes Lee; his wife Wilma Lee of Crossville, TN; his daughter Kara L. Spicer (Chad) of Crossville, TN; and his grandchildren, Lee Spicer and Jared Spicer.
